Pioneer Court

Pioneer Court has a mixture of one-bed apartments and bungalows that provide the perfect mix of independent living and collaborative, community support.
There are fourteen flats and four bungalows, each with a wet room style bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. All of the bungalows, as well as the ground floor flats, are wheelchair accessible and
have access to a shared garden with a patio area.
Pioneer Court has assistive technology including an intercom, a pendant system to call for staff, and CCTV. Two bungalows also come equipped with automatic doors.
Life at Pioneer Court is ideal for people with brain injuries, learning or neurological disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities or autistic spectrum disorders.
