We can take the worry out of improvements by managing the job from start to finish. We’ll visit you at home to chat about your options and once you have agreed to the adaptations, we’ll arrange the work with our panel of trusted contractors and manage the job for you. When it’s complete, we inspect the work thoroughly and don’t authorise payment until both we and you are 100% satisfied.
We charge a project management fee, which varies depending on the work. We’ll let you know how much this will be before agreeing to start any work.
