Our free programme sessions are based around five themes – you can join us for one, or come to them all! We will be holding 2 to 3 weekly sessions per theme, depending upon the needs and skills of the participants, with optional support between sessions if required. These sessions include:
- Digital Skills & Social Media
- Art and Wellbeing
- Emotional Wellbeing
- Physical Wellbeing
- Diet & Nutrition- Healthy Eating
Healthy Generations sessions will help people to:
- Meet new people and make new friends and connections
- Use digital technology to help people to stay healthy and independent
- Try new things such as Tai Chi, art and relaxation exercises
- Find out about local services and activities close to where you live
If you are interested in accessing our free Healthy Generations sessions or would like more information, we would love to hear from you We also offer volunteer opportunities for anyone wishing to become a tech-buddy volunteer. Knowledge of digital tech is essential for this supportive role.
