Getting Connected
Our Getting Connected project links people aged 55+ to a Community Connector volunteer. They’ll help you find suitable social activity groups near you and take away the worry of going on your own. They could also help you get digitally connected, by showing you how to connect to people through social media, WhatsApp and Facebook groups.
Wellbeing Support
Our Wellbeing Support Volunteers can help you settle back into your home after leaving hospital. They could also help in other ways, such as connecting you to local social activity groups and help you build your confidence.
