City Central Library is currently providing ‘Open Access’ services. This involves customers being able to come into the library to browse and borrow books and to use a PC for up to one hour per day and use the photocopier. Customers do not need to book an appointment to visit the library.
There are no public toilets available in the library. Customers will be asked to complete a Test and Trace form when they enter the library and must wear a face covering (unless exempt).
