What kind of Advice can we give?
Citizens Advice Staffordshire North and Stoke on Trent is registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). This is the government body that regulates immigration advice which means our specialist Immigration Advisers can give advice on any immigration issue at any ‘level’.

Please be aware that our online advice and Web Chat only covers ‘level 1’ immigration advice. If you need more in depth advice you will need to speak to a qualified Immigration adviser.
